• Provide a robust yet flexible backend architecture

Our goal is to build a clear, repeatable system that supports operational scaling without adding unnecessary overhead—while staying lightweight, mobile-aware, and ready to evolve into portals, analytics, or native apps.

The Role

We’re seeking a Full-Stack Developer (predominantly back-end) to join our team.

• You will be the technical lead in architecting and implementing the core platform.
• Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality, long-term solutions.
• Join at a pivotal moment: help with the foundational build, then continue to expand into advanced features, integrations, and mobile readiness.

What You’ll Work On

• Membership & Access Controls: Role-based access logic for membership tiers and gated access.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Automated flows for KYC/AML, contracts, and subscription management.
• Financial Flows: Stripe integrations for billing, subscriptions, and fees, synced into Airtable.
• Internal & External Dashboards: Airtable interfaces for internal teams, investors, and members.
• Future Growth: Scaling into analytics dashboards, expert/referral flows, mobile app builds, and AI-assisted workflows.

Tech Environment

• Backend schema & interfaces
• Soft/Bubble/Alternative (for front-end implementation, evaluated in early phases)
• Stripe for payments
• Zapier / Make for automations
• Possible evolution into Firebase/Auth0, Supabase/Postgres, and mobile app frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience
• Ability to design for scalability, security, and mobile-first responsiveness
• Interest in long-term collaboration as the platform grows beyond MVP

Must Have:

• Knowledge of compliance/KYC integrations
• Experience with analytics dashboards and reporting tools
• Familiarity with investment platforms, fintech, or membership-driven products
• Strong English proficiency (IELTS 6 bands or above)

Compensation & Contract

• Initial Contract: Part-time, with the opportunity to convert into full-time based on performance and work ethics
