Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the overall website strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
2. Manage daily website operations, including content updates, page creation, and site maintenance.
3. Serve as the primary expert and administrator for our CMS.
4. Continuously monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, etc.
5. Oversee technical SEO, including site speed optimization, crawlability, indexation, and XML sitemap management.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute landing pages for campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Website Manager, Webmaster, or similar role.
3. Strong hands-on experience with a major CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
5. Solid understanding of SEO principles, UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
6. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
8. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
