  • Ensure 100% data accuracy, timely uploads, and audit readiness.
  • Drive adoption of self-service, FAQs, and SOPs.

Onboarding and offboarding

  • Coordinate pre-boarding, orientations, induction schedules, probation tracking, exit formalities, and knowledge handover.
  • Run periodic NEO feedback and improve the process.

Performance and compensation support

  • Prepare calibration packs and cycle analytics.
  • Support salary reviews with clean data and letters.

Learning and development

  • Run training needs analysis with managers.
  • Schedule internal and external programs, track attendance, and evaluate effectiveness.

  • Plan engagement activities and pulse surveys.
  • Track actions to closure.

Payroll and benefits coordination

  • Provide accurate monthly inputs to payroll (new hires, exits, changes, leaves).
  • Reconcile benefits enrollments and resolve employee issues with vendors.

Compliance and policy

  • Keep employee files and records compliant.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Update policies, forms, and SOPs with version control.

HR analytics and reporting

  • Publish weekly and monthly HR dashboards: headcount, hiring, turnover, attendance, leave, training, diversity, and engagement.
  • Present insights and recommendations, not just numbers.

Projects and improvement

  • Lead or support HR projects such as HRM system enhancements, process automation, and policy refreshes.
  • Document processes and drive continuous improvement.

  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a service focus.

Success metrics (KPIs)
