You will plan and deliver risk-based audits, evaluate internal controls, and help management strengthen processes across the business. The work spans planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual and engagement-level audit plans using a risk-based approach.
• Lead and execute operational, financial, and compliance audits from scoping to reporting.
• Test the design and operating effectiveness of controls and document results.
• Identify control gaps, root causes, and practical remediation actions.
• Prepare clear, well-structured audit reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Track management action plans and verify remediation.
• Advise process owners on control improvements and best practices.
• Support investigations and special reviews as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Internal Audit methodology, templates, and tools.

Required qualifications

• Professional certification: CA, ACCA, or CIA.
• 3 to 5 years of external or internal audit experience with a well-known auditing firm.
• Strong command of English, spoken and written, with excellent report writing.
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, audit techniques, and IIA Standards.
• Advanced Excel skills. Working knowledge of audit analytics tools is a plus.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to SOX, IFC, or similar control frameworks.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or chemicals.
• Familiarity with ERP environments such as SAP or Oracle.
• Data analytics skills using ACL, IDEA, or Power BI.
