| Job Description: |
- Handling and processing of payment and acknowledgment to members.
- Addition of new members to the database.
- Posting of payments in the database.
- Communication with members via mail and telephone regarding their discrepancies.
- Good communication skill.
- Update the records of members in the database i.e. (Pictures, CNICs, Mailing Addresses, Contact Numbers, etc.)
- Dealing with qualified students (non-members) for membership and dues.
- Drafting verification letters of experience certificates of new members and send to concerned organizations for verification purposes.
- Dispatch the Membership letters, certificates & cards to the members.
- Supervising the CPD portal to update CPD hours and verification of certificates.
- Any other task assigned from AD Member Affairs.
