We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Android Development Instructor (Java) to join our training faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Android mobile application development using Java, guiding students through real-time projects, and preparing them for industry or freelance opportunities.

The instructor should be passionate about mobile technologies, capable of delivering practical knowledge, and up to date with current development trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Android app development using Java

• Design and structure course content, assignments, and final projects

• Teach fundamentals of Android Studio, UI/UX design principles, layouts, activities, intents, fragments, and navigation

• Instruct students on backend integration using APIs, Firebase, and SQLite

• Train students in debugging, testing, and deployment of Android applications

• Provide mentorship on best practices in coding, app architecture (MVC/MVVM), and app performance

• Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, and final projects

• Stay current with new trends, tools, and technologies in Android development

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field

• At least 1 year of teaching/training experience

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Android development using Java

Proficiency in:

• Java programming for Android

• Android Studio & SDK

• Material Design, XML Layouts, Custom Views

• Firebase, APIs (REST), SQLite, and JSON

• Git/GitHub for version control

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to teach complex concepts in a simplified and practical manner
