| Job Description: |
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting future trends, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, financial planning, and improving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with the development and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) Monitor and report on financial risks and opportunities Support management in strategic planning, cost analysis, and investment decisions Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for business strategies Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CFA/ACCA/CPA is a plus) Proven experience as a financial analyst or similar role (1–3+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting techniques Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and financial software/tools (e.g., Power BI, QuickBooks, SAP) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data visualization tools Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis |
