Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a hybrid role involving both project coordination and data analysis functions. Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients. Proactive problem-solving ability with a high attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems for integrated data reporting.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
Experience in a client-facing role within professional services or consulting environments. Experience with automation tools and data integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Alteryx). Prior exposure to predictive analytics and trend forecasting in project environments. Experience with project management tools is a plus (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com). Experience with data analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms).
