We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the branding and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for building a powerful brand image, increasing brand awareness, and driving student engagement through online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the overall brand strategy of the institute
• Strengthen the institute’s presence across social media, digital platforms, and offline events
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract new students and retain existing ones
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and trainers to produce high-quality marketing material
• Drive social media engagement (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) with creative ideas
• Monitor market trends, competitor brands, and customer insights to adjust strategies
• Manage branding for events, workshops, webinars, and online launches
• Lead the visual identity of the brand (colors, logos, voice, tone, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and generate regular marketing reports

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Creative thinking with a strong visual and design sense
• Familiarity with trading, finance, or the education sector is a plus
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software is an advantage
