Job Description:

• Leading the assigned team.

• Achieve the assigned Target.

• Daily Meetings with the team.

• Regularly monitor staff performance, including performance reviews.

• Compliance Monitoring.

• To maintain the Calling Ratio/Productivity on a daily basis.

• Ensure the Courtesy & Accuracy Level in the call as per the Quality Standards.

• Coordinate with other departments and branches for the smooth delivery and processing.

• Ensure that the script is followed.

• Provide the training when required.

• Random Calls checks.

• Personal/Professional Grooming for the staff.

• To guide the low performers for maintaining their Good Avg Productivity.
