An ideal candidate must have Masters’s / Bachelor’s degree in HR along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development, preferably within the IT industry.
Manager/SM HR job role is to lead and manage the organization’s human resource functions by developing and implementing HR strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
