| Job Description: |
We are seeking fluent English speakers with a neutral or American accent to join our growing team as Inbound Sales & Support Representatives. This is a full-time night shift role for candidates who are confident, persuasive, and experienced in handling U.S. customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from U.S.-based customers.
- Provide detailed product/service information and close sales effectively.
- Offer exceptional customer support and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs (calls, conversions, etc.).
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a fluent U.S. accent (must).
- Prior experience in U.S. call center campaigns (sales/support) is highly preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM, Monday–Saturday).
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
