We are seeking a full-time, on-site Estimator specializing in takeoff to join our team in Lahore. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed takeoff estimates, reviewing project plans, and analyzing material and labor requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

Experience: Preferably 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in takeoff estimation, cost estimation, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.

Job Timing: 9am to 6pm
