This position entails providing support and preparation / query resolution of Financial and Non-financial reports, analysis and submission of projects for the consumption of Stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

 The Employee’s assigned responsibilities of financial planning, analysis and reporting with respect to the subject job title including but not limited to the following:

• Develop and maintain financial models for various business scenarios.


• Conduct company valuations using a range of methodologies.


• Support transaction advisory services through due diligence, financial reporting, and preparing presentations.


• Coordinating and supervising accounting and book keeping assignments as per IFRS and management reporting policies.


• Setup of accounting system, chart of accounts, defining accounting policies and designing process work flows for the businesses


• Ability to prepare the consolidated financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cash flows) independently without supervision.


• Analyze financial statements, KPI’s and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.


• Supporting clients in budgeting, forecasting and business planning exercises


• Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive financial insights and recommendations.


• Provide financial analysis to the management for critical decision making or adhoc requirements


• Performing report changes, Excel-based calculations, and business analysis.


• Collaborating on projects and supporting feasibility models.


• Conducting research on industries, geographical locations, and economic conditions.


• Develop financial presentations for BOD & management meetings
