We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Sales Executive and Customer Services Representative to handle inbound/ Outbound calls regarding customer inquiries. If you\\\'re a detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Inbound/ Outbound Call Handling: Take inbound/ Outbound calls from customers inquiring about travel, and other services we offer.


• Customer Assistance: Resolve customer concerns, guide them through the complete process, and assist with any issues related to any service they facing.


• High-Quality Service: Deliver excellent customer service by staying patient, professional, and friendly during all interactions.


• Meeting Targets: Consistently meet performance goals and weekly targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous At least 1 year of experience in a call center or as Sales Executive. 


• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities


• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• A proactive approach to handling customer queries and complaints


• Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends if required)

Education:

• Intermediate / Bachelor\'s (Prefered)

Experience:

• Call center or Sales Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
