Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Generate massive website traffic with quality prospects and consumer satisfaction, and convert the pipeline into business and profit.
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Optimize site performance, SEO, and user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and design teams to implement new features.
- Monitor analytics and generate performance reports.
Digital Marketing
· Increase internal communication flow from Sales to Back-end operations & supply chain.
· Increase communication and interaction with customers & prospects on the website.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across all digital media platforms
- Develop and manage content calendars
- Coordinate with products and sales teams for campaign alignment
- Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance
Content Creation
- Write and edit web content, blog posts, and product pages
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Source or create visuals for marketing materials
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics
- Provide monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Recommend improvements based on data insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master' degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or website management
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, SEO tools, and Google Analytics
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience in B2B or the chemical industry is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HTML & CSS
- Graphic design skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
