Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for Persons of Concern (PoCs).

Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients facing acute distress.

Facilitate psychosocial support activities, including awareness sessions, stress-relief workshops, and life skills training.

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of all client interactions and case progress.

Refer clients to medical professionals, legal aid, or other specialized services when necessary.

Provide capacity-building sessions and mental health awareness for staff and community members.

Prepare timely reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
