As a Senior QA Analyst at ERISS, you’ll own the quality assurance lifecycle for our financial software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align testing frameworks with banking regulations while mentoring junior team members. You’ll serve as the bridge between technical teams and financial stakeholders, ensuring systems meet rigorous functional and compliance standards.

You will serve as the architect of quality for our risk management platforms, ensuring every release meets the exacting standards of global financial institutions. Beyond traditional testing, you'll:

• Shape the Validation Vision: Design testing frameworks that don't just find bugs, but anticipate systemic risks in banking workflows
• Bridge Critical Worlds: Translate between bank compliance officers (who need regulatory certainty) and development teams (who need actionable test plans)
• Elevate Quality Intelligence: Transform test results into strategic insights that inform product roadmaps

Key Resposnsibilities:

• Set the test strategy and validate it with bank stakeholders.
• Execute functional and non-functional test cases based on functional specifications and client requirements.
• Identify and suggest enhancements to existing systems, testing standards, and procedures.
• Track and report on test progress, results, forecast to complete and any identified issues & risks.
