We are seeking an experienced Sales Closer to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time position focused on converting pre-qualified leads into sales for our executive training programsdelivered across London, Dubai, Paris, and other global cities.

You will follow up with clients (mainly in Saudi Arabia) who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to close the sale, manage objections, and ensure a smooth handover to our operations team. If you\'re confident, driven, and persuasive, this is an opportunity to earn excellent income through uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on warm leads from our outreach team

• Conduct sales calls or Zoom meetings with HR and training managers

• Present our corporate training solutions and convert interest into confirmed bookings

• Handle objections professionally and close sales

• Record interactions using HubSpot CRM

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery

• Meet monthly sales targets and participate in coaching sessions

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of outbound sales or telesales experience

• Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus)

• Strong sales closing and objection handling skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar

• Confident using Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet

• Reliable work-from-home setup: fast internet, PC/laptop, headset

• Ability to work Saudi business hours (GMT+3)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary: PKR 50,000 – 200,000/month

• Commission: PKR 35,000 per closed sale
