Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Leadership
Own overall Amazon marketplace strategy to grow sales, improve product ranking, increase profitability, and achieve target metrics (revenue, margin, reviews, ranking, CTR/CVR).
Set clear, measurable goals and implement actionable plans to achieve and exceed them.
Data Analysis & Decision-Making
Regularly analyze marketplace data including sales trends, rankings, competitor insights, and product reviews.
Identify opportunities and risks, providing data-driven recommendations and action plans.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
Collaborate with and guide internal teams (including PPC, inventory management, logistics, listing optimization, marketing, customer service, and others) to ensure alignment and timely execution of strategies.
Communicate effectively with team members to implement corrective actions when KPIs or metrics are not met.
Listing Optimization & Monitoring
Proactively monitor account health, listings, ASIN suspensions, competitor attacks, and pricing changes.
Implement solutions swiftly, working closely with Seller Support when needed, including managing appeals.
Operational Efficiency
Continuously optimize Amazon operational expenses (including FBA fees, referral fees, and storage fees).
Review and implement re-measurement requests or cost-saving initiatives proactively.
Product Improvement Coordination
Regularly review customer feedback and product reviews to inform product development and enhancements.
Liaise with the product development team to swiftly address negative feedback or opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Skills
3–5+ years of high-level Amazon Brand Management experience (required).
Proven track record leading Amazon private label brands exceeding $5M/year.
Strong analytical skills, with deep expertise using data scraping, reporting, analysis, and interpretation tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Keepa, etc.).
Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, advertising (PPC), listing optimization, Amazon SEO strategies, ranking algorithms, and marketplace analytics.
Experience managing cross-functional teams.
