Job Description: |
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting the performance and profitability of our Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. You’ll be responsible for KPI reporting, listing and catalog maintenance, and delivering actionable insights to help scale our product visibility and conversion rates
Key Responsibilities
Within the first 90 days, you will be expected to:
Maintain and update a daily KPI scorecard across marketplaces, tracking BSR, CVR, CTR, TACoS, and inventory health.
Conduct listing and catalog audits, including variation merges, suppressed ASIN resolution, and flat-file submissions.
Execute weekly traffic vs. conversion rate audits and recommend corrective actions to cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain competitor benchmarking reports, identifying pricing, reviews, and keyword positioning trends.
Assist in launching new SKUs with clean listings, keyword mapping, and quality control checks across all marketplaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years experience in e-commerce operations, ideally focused on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.
Strong spreadsheet capabilities (Google Sheets/Excel) including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and dynamic formulas.
Familiarity with flat-file uploads, variation structures, and troubleshooting listing issues.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Self-starter who thrives in a remote team and can proactively identify performance issues.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar product intelligence tools.
Exposure to Walmart Seller Center reporting and campaign tools.
Understanding of A/B testing, listing SEO, and keyword rank tracking.
What Success Looks Like
Listings across Amazon and Walmart are error-free, optimized, and conversion-competitive.
Team has access to accurate, timely KPI dashboards with clear insights on actions needed.
Weekly insights reports contribute directly to improved TACoS and unit sales performance.
Catalog is fully compliant, variations are correctly structured, and suppressed listings are minimized.
