| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, including business requirements gathering, GAP analysis, functional documentation, module configuration, and go-live support.
- Customize Odoo modules and workflows in coordination with the development team (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
- Develop and automate MIS reports and system-driven insights for senior management.
- Integrate and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) that extract and visualize KPIs directly from Odoo or its database.
- Provide user training, SOP documentation, and post-implementation support to end users.
- Analyze and streamline business processes using Odoo ERP tools and extensions.
- Ensure data integrity across Odoo and external reporting platforms.
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to define and monitor performance metrics.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, including custom module development or API integration if needed.
- Support project management, change control, and ongoing process improvements.
