Duties of Assistant Manager, Accounts & Admin Duties
1. He will collect and deposit cash (generated from cash/credit sales/General/Potential customers) from branches.
2. He will prepare a Bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
3. He will prepare Aging’s of Account receivable & Payable.
4. He will coordinate recovery-related matters with the recovery manager-HO and will strictly follow the deadline of credit policy to avoid bad debts.
5. He will timely prepare petty cash and all kinds of vouchers in a timely manner.
6. He will arrange vouchers with relevant supporting’s and send them to HO in a timely manner.
7. He will ensure timely deposit of utility bills, EOBI, Rent, Loans, and other statutory payments.
8. He will efficiently keep records of vouchers, Contracts, agreements,hard &soft forms.
9. He will tag all fixed assets according to the Fixed asset register.
10. He will post all accounting transactions in accounting software in a timely manner.
11. He will keep all the cheques and cash in his safe custody and deposit/Submit to the concerns.
12. He will assist internal and external auditors during stocktake and financial audits. He will also ensure his presence during audit days.
13. He will provide Bio-matric/register attendance to HO-Finance, in a timely manner.
14. He will timely transfer funds into HO Bank account.
15. Any other duty assigned by the HO Accounts department.
16 He is responsible for supporting in admin-related works like purchasing and others.
17. He will be responsible to look after the work place cleanliness also ensures to spray the insect killer on timely basis.
18. He is responsible for regional CCTVs Camera i.e, maintenance, backup, repairing and data (recordings) provision whenever HO demand.
19. He is responsible for maintenance, control (as admin) and data provision of bio matric machine when required by HO.
