Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and manage ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Integrate and optimize ITSM processes within service management tools to drive efficiency and standardization across IT teams.
- Administer and enhance ITSM platforms, including process automation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Develop ITSM process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis to identify and implement enhancements.
- Develop ITSM process documentation and deliver training or awareness programs for IT and business users.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM standards (such as ITIL) and support audits and process reviews.
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise in ITSM tools and related IT operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within IT and across business teams.
- Support service delivery teams in operationalizing ITSM processes and driving adoption.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, etc.) and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus)
- Strong skills in process design, automation, and integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Technical proficiency in IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery environments.
Requirements
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or higher are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in ITSM engineering, DEX, process design, or IT operations roles

- Full-time Remote 11AM to 8PM (Monday to Friday)
