Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & New Client Acquisition
-
Prospect & convert potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and social media in the four languages.
-
Pitch services effectively, tailoring messages to each linguistic and cultural context.

Manage full sales cycles: lead generation proposal development ⇒ contract negotiation ⇒ deal closing

Track pipeline in CRM, forecast revenue, and report performance.
2. Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Act as the go-to contact for existing clients, responding to questions and resolving issues via phone, chat, or email in any of the four languages.

Ensure customer satisfaction, track inquiries, escalate complex issues, and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records update client profiles, interactions, outcomes, and feedback.
3. Onboarding New Clients
- Conduct kickoff meetings to understand client needs, align expectations, and outline action plans—delivering in the client’s preferred language.
- Guide clients through implementation: paperwork, account setup, system demos, and training sessions.
- Monitor onboarding progress, preemptively address challenges, and ensure a successful handover.
4. Collaboration & Insights
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive client experiences.
- Share insights on language-specific client needs and cultural nuances to shape product offerings.
- Support development of multilingual marketing materials and FAQs.
