We are looking for a Taxi Dispatcher for a busy minicab office based in London. The right candidate must have at least 4-5years of experience using Cordic dispatch system and be confident in allocating jobs to drivers efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum 4 years of experience working with Cordic dispatch software not as an operator

  
  


• 
  

  Must be UK return with a good understanding of London roads and areas

  
  


• 
  

  Should have strong knowledge of Congestion Zone, LTN (Low Traffic Neighbourhoods), Fulham, and other key areas of London

  
  


• 
  

  Able to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours

  
  


• 
  

  Must be reliable, punctual, and able to take full control of the shift

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in managing or supervising other controllers is a bonus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and ability to deal with drivers and customers professionally

  
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Allocate jobs to drivers using the Cordic system

  
  


• 
  

  Manage incoming bookings and make sure jobs are dispatched on time

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee dispatch operations and resolve any real-time issues

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain control of the shift and ensure smooth running of operations

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with driver coordination and customer support when needed
