Job Description:

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating internal office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between departments
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools
  • Support HR and administrative functions as needed
  • Ensure office supplies and resources are properly managed
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk responsibilities professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and interpersonal skills
