Job Description: |
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating internal office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between departments
- Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools
- Support HR and administrative functions as needed
- Ensure office supplies and resources are properly managed
- Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk responsibilities professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills
