Our client delivers affordable, hassle-free solar energy solutions with expert design, installation, and a commitment to customer excellence.
About the Role:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
- Convert leads into sales through professional persuasion and consultative selling.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to streamline the conversion process.
- Send quotations and product information via email/WhatsApp professionally.
- Stay updated on solar products, pricing, and company offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales experience, preferably in solar, energy, or tech-related fields.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone and building rapport.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to meet sales targets under deadlines
