Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Handle client inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services efficiently.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Support account management and client retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is an advantage.
