| Job Description: |
Manpoy UK is seeking a talented and charismatic individual to join us as a YouTube Host and Podcast Manager. In this exciting role, you will be the face and voice of our YouTube channel, responsible for conducting insightful interviews with our CEO and managing the production of our podcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
YouTube Hosting:
- Conduct professional, engaging, and well-researched interviews with the CEO for our YouTube channel.
- Maintain a well-mannered, polite, and professional demeanor at all times during recordings.
- Ensure a smooth and natural flow of conversation, encouraging informative and captivating discussions.
Podcast Management:
- Plan, prepare, and manage all aspects of the CEO's podcast series, including episode topics, guest coordination (if applicable), and scheduling.
- Oversee the recording, editing (working with a dedicated editor or basic self-editing if skills permit), and publishing of podcast episodes.
- Ensure high-quality audio production for all podcast content.
Content Strategy & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies for YouTube interviews and podcasts.
- Assist in promoting YouTube videos and podcast episodes across various platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for content improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Only female candidates will be considered for this position.
- Proven experience in hosting, interviewing, or public speaking, preferably for video or audio platforms.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable manners, professional demeanor, and a polite disposition are essential.
- Confident and engaging on-camera presence.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with basic video and audio recording equipment and software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
