| Job Description: |
- Assist in the implementation of academic calendars, course Enrollment, schedules, and class timetables.
- Coordinate the timely collection and submission of course outlines, teaching plans, and syllabuses.
- Ensure smooth execution of examination processes in collaboration with the
- Maintain accurate academic records of students, including registration, transcripts, attendance, and course progression.
- Coordinate with the Central Academic Office for timely updates regarding student credentials, degrees, and academic status.
- Act as a liaison between academic staff and other departments for course planning, room allocations, and teaching assignments.
- Ensure timely dissemination of academic policies, circulars, and notices to faculty.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required academic documentation.
- Assist in accreditation processes (e.g., HEC, NCEAC, PEC) by compiling program reports and evidence files.
- Provide assistance and advisory to students regarding course registration, academic progression, and policies.
- Handle student queries and complaints related to academics, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Prepare and submit academic reports to the management such as enrollment stats, course completion, and faculty workload.
- Maintain department archives, memos, meeting minutes, and official communications.
- Assist in organizing academic events like orientations, seminars, workshops, and convocations.
- Any additional duties assigned by the Director of Academics or the Coordinator.
