Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support and manage client accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and help maintain strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries

  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and solutions

  • Maintain accurate client records and reports

  • Support account management and follow up on client feedback

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or support role is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
