Job Responsibilities:
· Support Head P&BP to enhance HR service delivery through effective, transparent communication and strong liaison with field offices.
· Facilitate talent acquisition team for completion of hiring process, and onboarding.
· Ensure timely feedback is shared with relevant HR units for continuous improvement.
· Facilitate HR units in execution of strategic HR projects / processes i.e. performance appraisal cycle, PIP Cycle, promotions, employee engagement sessions etc.
· Identify hurdles and issue within the assigned HR functional areas and communicate to respective HR units for redressed.
· Conduct periodic visits to controlling groups, regional, field Offices (including Branches), and share findings with HR management and concerned units with recommendation about the grey areas identified.
· Facilitate employee and provide information dissemination and interpretation of HR policies.
· Champion diversity and inclusion across business units, helping create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
· Lead or contribute to special HR assignments or projects as assigned by the Chief Human Resource Officer.
· Conduct exit interviews; compile and submit periodic reports with insights and trends to Divisional Head HR Business Partner.
· Develop and mentor staff through open communication, training and development opportunities, performance management and evaluation; build and maintain employee morale and motivation.
· Timely and efficiently supervise the activities and tasks of the team/subordinates/direct reports and provide robust feedback and guidelines as and when required.
· Ensure capacity planning, team building, and effective execution of deliverables along with competitive, productive and position work culture.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
Age: Upto 55 Years as of July 08, 2025.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of banking experience Preference will be given to candidates having 04 years relevant experience.
