| Job Description: |
Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in X++ development. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the F&O platform, is eager to learn, and can assist in building, customizing, and supporting business solutions within the D365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and customization of D365 F&O modules using X++.
- Create and maintain Data Entities, Extension models, and Custom classes.
- Support the development and debugging of batch jobs, event handlers, and form controls.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and functional testing.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and senior developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with Data Management Framework (DMF) to import/export data using Data Entities.
- Assist in integrating D365 F&O with external systems using OData, REST APIs, and Power Platform connectors.
- Maintain proper documentation of customizations and follow ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices using Azure DevOps.
Required Skills:
- 1 year of hands-on experience with X++ development in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Good understanding of tables, forms, classes, enums, EDTs, menus, and reports in D365.
- Exposure to extensions framework, including pre/post event handlers and chain of command (CoC).
- Basic knowledge of data migration using Data Entities and data packages.
- Familiarity with batch jobs, number sequences, and security roles/duties/privileges.
- Understanding of table relations, query objects, and views.
- Comfortable using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and LCS.
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
Shift Timings:
- 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM PKT (Including 1 Hour Break)
Nice to Have (Preferred):
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or Dataverse.
- Familiarity with Retail/Commerce or Warehouse Management modules in D365.
- Basic understanding of Finance or Supply Chain modules.
- Experience with SSRS reports or Electronic Reporting (ER).
