Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cost-effective training programs, develop schedules, and select appropriate training methods while maintaining updated training records
- Assess training needs, oversee and enhance training materials, conduct onboarding sessions, and evaluate team performance to ensure applied learning
- Foster open communication, gather feedback, report on training effectiveness, and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure alignment with company standards
