| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate staffing, manage daily operations, and monitor performance indicators to achieve sales targets and maintain productivity
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback, while fostering a positive work environment and organizing motivational activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, manage system usage, and handle employee conflicts or tasks delegated by the Head of TSM and CSGS
Key Skills:
- Confident communicator, & strong organizational & planning abilities with a professional approach
- Data analysis & reporting
- Collaboration & teamwork
- Sales process knowledge
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc) are required
Qualification: Master's/Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience. Telco and branchless banking experience is a plus
