Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate outbound sales team performance, ensuring targets are met and providing accurate sales reports and performance insights
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, training, reporting, and monitoring calls to identify and resolve issues while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Achieve individual and team KPIs, develop and review sales methodologies and business strategies, and participate in team meetings and learning initiatives for continuous improvement
