You’ll be responsible for:

• Hiring & managing a team of 15+ cold callers (target regions: Nigeria, Egypt, etc.).

• Training cold callers to source industry experts (no sales—just recruitment).

• Ensuring KPIs are met (expert-client meetings booked).

• Collaborating with company trainers and coordinators.

We Want You If You Have

• A university degree (science, MBA, or technical fields preferred).
• Strong English (written/spoken) to train and manage teams.
• Recruitment experience (cold-calling, HR, or team management is a plus).
• LinkedIn savvy (or ability to source candidates globally).
• Professionalism—punctual, communicative, and results-driven.
