| Job Description: |
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Optimize our LinkedIn presence — including company page management, executive profile building, thought leadership posts, and employee advocacy programs.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align social content with overall business goals.
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads, from ideation to reporting.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, LinkedIn algorithm changes, and new tools to keep us ahead of the curve.
