| Job Description: |
- Ensure effective lesson planning, syllabus completion and classroom performance.
- Identify and address student learning gaps through remedial programs and teacher support.
- Plan and supervise co-curricular and extracurricular activities to promote holistic development.
- Manage student counseling and mentoring systems for academic and behavioral support.
- Maintain student records, timetables and policy compliance as per educational authorities.
- Ensure effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities.
- Design and oversee teacher development programs and classroom observation schedules.
- Expertise in board affiliation processes, inspection requirements and other relevant accreditation bodies.
