| Job Description: |
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations of the entire campus.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and academic plans in alignment with the institution\'s mission and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support all departmental heads, faculty and administrative staff to ensure quality education delivery.
- Monitor student affairs, discipline and campus environment to foster a culture of learning and growth.
- Lead academic planning, quality assurance and compliance with accrediting/affiliating bodies.
- Manage budgets, resources and institutional development initiatives efficiently.
- Represent the college in official meetings, community events and collaborations with educational authorities and stakeholders.
