Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information or transferring calls to the appropriate person.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with visitor check-ins and security protocols.
