Transsion Tecno Motors is looking to hire "Deputy Manager Spare Parts"

Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage nationwide parts sales and dealer parts operations. 

•Develop and monitor departmental budgets and set dealer sales targets.  •Achieve business objectives related to sales and profitability of the spare parts division. 

•Drive strategic planning, including competitive pricing, policy development, and budgeting. 

•Manage inventory of spare parts and lubricants to ensure a minimum 90% service rate. 

•Oversee vendor management, including supply agreements, pricing negotiations, reviews, incentives, and events. 

•Lead the digital transformation of parts operations across TTM and its dealership network.

•Design and implement a dealer parts compliance program to enhance operational efficiency and dealer engagement.

  •Conduct training sessions for dealership staff to improve parts operations and customer service. 

•Collaborate on new product development initiatives to expand the parts portfolio.
