We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in property sales and strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote Mustafa Tower’s residential and commercial units to potential buyers and investors

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales leads

• Schedule and conduct site visits and project briefings

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and investors

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare and maintain proper client follow-up records

• Assist in preparing sales proposals and documentation

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or similar field

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of Islamabad real estate market is a plus

• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a professional attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
