Accounts and Finance tasks:
1. Preparation of Invoices, Recording on Googlesheets and in Quickbooks
2. Receive Payments against invoices on Googleshhets and in Quickbooks with clear marking/selection of Cash or Cheques receipts as applicable
3. Bookings of Petty Cash expenses on Googlsheets and Quickbooks
4. Prepaparation of Attendance as per actual attendance, update payment status on Googles and Books Accruals on Quickbooks
5. Coordination with the Operations department and clients regarding attenance, salary, invoicing, payments and any other issues
6. Record keeping / Maintenance of records (Soft and hard)
