We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Inventory to lead and oversee our inventory operations nationwide across all group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire inventory function nationwide, ensuring standardized procedures across all business units.

• Develop and implement inventory control policies, systems, and SOPs to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.

• Coordinate closely with procurement, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory reconciliation.

• Oversee warehouse and distribution centers, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and storage standards.

• Monitor inventory KPIs including stock accuracy, turnover, aging, and shrinkage, and provide strategic insights to senior management.

• Implement and optimize inventory management systems (e.g., ERP/Inventory modules) to improve data visibility and automation.

• Lead periodic stock audits, surprise checks, and physical verifications across locations.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the national inventory team, ensuring continuous training and capacity building.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in inventory and warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience managing multi-location inventory operations.

• Strong command of inventory software/ERP systems.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reporting capabilities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to travel frequently across Pakistan.
