Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy National Sales Manager in Faisalabad to oversee our sales team and drive sales growth across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue and growth targets for the company on a national level.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals across multiple locations, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management, and implement relevant initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
