Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge about products.
- Generate new ideas and business opportunities for development to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Organize and coordinate agenda discussions for the weekly team meetings and other team events.
- Independent working on your own thought process and share plans with the Head of Sales, once recommended then Liaison with the Sales team to enhance their working & motivational level
- Takes the responsibility to initiate, plan, and implement all necessary activities, in a timely manner with the collaboration of the team in charge, to ensure that program goals and objectives are accomplished by sales team.
- Keep proper follow-up on clients
- Liaison with HOS to maximize the benefits for product sales.
- Make new clients
- Meet the sales target.
- Develop and forecast the sales strategy.
- An Assistant Manager must understand the importance of preparing their team and recognize it as a vital aspect of their role.
- One-to-one meeting
- Basic technical knowledge of connectivity, surveys etc.
- Grip on pre and post-sales of the product as per defined sops.
- Products benefit and slot analysis of products.
- Testing and report of water share knowledge.
