| Job Description: |
Transaction Assistance:
Assist the Remittances Officer in processing inbound and outbound remittance transactions. Learn how to accurately input remittance data into the system. Support in verifying customer information and checking for the completion of required documentation. Help monitor transaction statuses and follow up on any incomplete or delayed transfers.
Reporting & Reconciliation:
Assist in preparing daily transaction reports for internal review. Support the reconciliation of remittance transactions to ensure all records match.Learn how to create accurate and detailed reports for both internal use and compliance purposes.
Operational Support:
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with remittance partners and service providers. Learn about the different systems and platforms used for remittance services. Support the overall operational flow by performing other administrative tasks as needed. |
