We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults, and troubleshoot networking problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Configuration: Set up hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues and support new application rollouts.
• Network Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with routers, switches, access points, LAN, and WAN.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and document procedures.
• Provide exceptional service and user training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, OS, and software.
• Proficiency in diagnosing/troubleshooting hardware/software.
• Strong understanding of the OSI model and networking protocols.
• Experience with routers, switches, and access points.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications (Networking+, CCNA) are a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
